The First Pile for the Grand Bridge of Shantou Niutianyang Fast Track is Driven

On the morning of March 6, the construction staff members of China Railway Major Bridge Engineering drove the first pile of the main trestle bridge on the south bank of Niutianyang Bridge of the Niutianyang Fast Track in the wetland of Sanyuwei in the Hanjiang District of the city, marking the beginning of the underwater construction of the Niitianyang Bridge.

Niutianyang Bridge, 955.2 meters long, spans Rongjiang River about 2.6 kilometer in width, for which there are 27 in-water piers. The bridge is a double-tower, double-cable-plane cable-stayed bridge with double decks of steel girders. Its upper deck is an eight-lane first-class highway, and its lower deck is for the two-lane, straddle-type rail transit. Its main tower adopts the shape of Cuojiaotou (gables of Chaoshan residences), with a total height of 182.9 meters. Construction is planned to be completed in 7 months.

汕头牛田洋快速通道特大桥打下首桩

3月6日上午,中铁大桥局施工人员在位于我市濠江区三屿围的湿地里,打下了牛田洋快速通道牛田洋大桥南岸主栈桥首桩,标志着牛田洋大桥水中施工拉开序幕。

  牛田洋特大桥全长955.2米,跨越江面宽约2.6公里的榕江,江中共设水中墩27个,为双塔双索面双层钢桁梁斜拉桥,上层为八车道一级公路,下层为双线跨座式轨道交通,主塔为厝角头造型,总高182.9米,计划7个月完成施工。
