According to the approval by the provincial government, Shantou Nan＇ao Bridge started official operation at 0:00 on April 1st, with tolls of vehicles. The vehicle travel time changes from the original 7:00 am-00:00 am to 24 hours, thus the traffic from and to Nan＇ao Island is no longer subject to time limits, which is more convenient.
The tolls standards of Nan＇ao Bridge are 48 yuan for Class I vehicle per trip, 72 yuan for Class II, 96 yuan for Class III, 144 yuan for Class IV, and168 yuan for Class V. The truck is charged by weight, with two-way toll for one trip. The Bridge sets interval velocity measurement and security mount, with speed limit of 60 km/h.

汕头南澳大桥4月1日起正式运营收费
根据省政府批复，汕头南澳大桥4月1日0时起正式运营，并对通行车辆收取通行费，车辆通行时间从原来的每天早上7时至晚上12时改为全天候24小时通行，南澳岛进出岛交通不再受时间限制，通行更加便利。
南澳大桥车辆通行费收费标准为一类车48元/车次、二类车72元/车次、三类车96元/车次、四类车144元/车次、五类车168元/车。货车另按计重收费，收费模式采用单向收取车辆双程通行费。桥上设置区间测速和治安卡口，车辆通行时限速60公里/小时。
