On the morning of March 31st, Shantou Municipal Government and China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation held Inauguration of Sinopharm Shantou Jinshi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. & signing ceremony for deepening strategic cooperation, marking the formal implementation of cooperation between Sinopharm and Jinshi General Pharmaceutical Factory.
In August 2012, Sinopharm signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shantou government, with positive results after nearly 3 years of joint efforts. At the signing ceremony, China National Pharmaceutical Industry Corporation of Sinopharm signed a restructuring agreement with Shantou General Jinshi Pharmaceutical Factory Co., Ltd. On the basis of preliminary results of cooperation, Shantou government and Sinopharm agreed to further strengthen cooperation in the subsequent construction of Jinshi Pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical industry, medical equipment, medicine logistics distribution and retail, and other aspects.

汕头市政府与国药集团举行深化战略合作签约仪式
3月31日上午，汕头市政府与中国医药集团总公司举行国药集团汕头金石制药有限公司成立暨深化战略合作签约仪式，标志着国药集团与金石制药总厂的合作进入正式实施阶段。
2012年8月，国药集团与市政府签订了战略合作框架协议，经过近3年的共同努力取得了积极成果。签约仪式上，国药集团属下的中国医药工业总公司与汕头金石制药总厂有限公司签订了企业重组协议。在前期合作成果的基础上，市政府和国药集团约定在国药金石后续建设、制药工业、医疗器械、医药物流分销及零售等方面进一步加强合作。
