The result of the Guangdong＇s "Top Ten Beautiful Coasts" selection sponsored by Guangdong Marine Culture Association together with Southcn.com and other media has been recently announced, and Shantou＇s Qing＇ao Bay included in Guangdong＇s "Top Ten Beautiful Coasts".

Qing＇ao Bay, Known as "Oriental Hawaii", is located on the east end of Nan＇ao Island, boasting a natural bathing beach, with its bay like a crescent and its sea surface like a lake of peace. With the golden and soft sandy bay stretching 2400 meters, it has gentle slopes and clean sands, which can stretch to 100 meters underwater, without any rocks or mud; and its water is pollution free. That＇s why it has become one of the two A-class bathing beaches of Guangdong.

　　由广东海洋文化协会主办，联手南方网等媒体开展的广东“十大美丽海岸”评选活动日前揭晓，汕头市青澳湾等十个海岸入选广东“十大美丽海岸”。
　　素有“东方夏威夷”之称的青澳湾位于南澳岛东端，天然海水浴场得天独厚，海湾似新月，海面如平湖。金黄柔软的沙湾绵延2400多米，坡度平缓，沙质洁净，一直延伸至水下百米以外，无礁石无淤泥;海水无污染，是广东省两个A级沐浴海滩之一。
