The delegation led by Wu Wei, Vice President of AVIC Aviation Holding Co., Ltd. and Chairman of AVIC Happiness General Aviation Group, arrived in Shantou on June 21, 2016 for the purpose of communicating and negotiating with the Overseas Chinese Economic and Cultural Cooperation Pilot Site in the investment of the seaplane project, the general aviation comprehensive industrial park and the urban infrastructure.
During the meeting, Deputy Municipal Party Secretary Sun Guanghui said, Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government would fully support the projects to settle down in Shantou, and would provide the investors with the best services and the greatest convenience. He hoped that AVIC Happiness General Aviation Group could make high-standard planning and bring forward detailed investment program to construct the characteristic and solid water-based aviation project, with the layout and step-by-step implementation of the general aviation industrialization items such as seaplane, financial, aeronautical manufacturing and talent training in Shantou to promote the development of Shantou＇s general aviation industry and service industry.
