Recently, under the guidance and help of Shantou Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, 28 cosmetics in group standards including Eye Shadow, the formulation of which was led and organized by Shantou Cosmetic Association, were officially released to the public. These are Shantou’s first batch of cosmetics in group standards, which fill the existing standard gap in China and will play a leading role in enhancing the overall quality level of the cosmetics industry in Shantou.
 

Cosmetics industry is one of the pillar industries in Shantou. There are more than 200 licensed cosmetics manufacturing enterprises in Shantou. The proportion of the production and sales of these enterprises in China is increasing. Well-known enterprises including LAF, Mingchen and Polyacer emerge in large numbers. Recently, new varieties of cosmetics are being replaced the old ones. However, new cosmetics lack unified national, industrial and local product quality standards, the enterprise product standards respectively formulated by themselves are at different levels, which lead to the varied quality of the cosmetics industry and affect the healthy development of the industry.
 

The introduction of this batch of cosmetics in group standards will standardize the development of the cosmetics industry in Shantou, which will help cosmetics enterprises to seize the industrial heights and enhance the competitiveness of the cosmetics market in Shantou.

　　近日,在市质监局的指导帮助下,由汕头市化妆品协会牵头组织制定的《眼影》等28项化妆品团体标准正式向社会发布,这是我市首批化妆品团体标准,填补了国内现有标准空白,对提升我市化妆品行业整体质量水平将发挥引领作用。

　　化妆品行业是汕头的支柱产业之一,我市获证化妆品生产企业200多家,产销量占全国比重日益增大,涌现出拉芳、名臣、柏亚等一批知名企业。近年来,化妆品品种推陈出新,但新型化妆品缺乏统一的国家、行业、地方产品质量标准;由生产企业各自制订的企业产品标准层次不一,导致化妆品行业质量参差不齐,影响该产业健康发展。

　　该批化妆品团体标准的出台,将规范汕头化妆品行业发展,有助化妆品企业抢占产业高地,提升我市化妆品市场竞争力。
