Nanshan Bay Science and Technology Park of Guangdong-Taiwan Cooperation is the key areas of the new industrial town along the southern coast and model industrial transfer parts of Guangdong Province. It  also is the core park for Guangdong-Taiwan economic and trade cooperation experimental zone that has been set up by Guangdong Province in Shantou. The Park has undertaken 6 industrial transfer projects, with investment of 3.54 billion yuan. The construction for the first 4 park-entering enterprises will be kicked off by the end of this month.

Currently, Nanshan Bay Science and Technology Park and Shugang Avenue Projects have been invested over 1 billion yuan. 37％ of the total budget investment has been completed, and the leveling of first batch approved land of 1800mu has been finished. Roads, communications, electricity, water supply, heat supply and other infrastructures in the Park are being constructed simultaneously. The Park has been equipped with the construction conditions for enterprise entering in the Park.

　　粤台合作南山湾科技园是南部沿海产业新城和省示范性产业转移工业园的重点园区，是省在我市设立的粤台经贸合作试验区的核心园区。园区已承接产业转移项目6个，投资35.4亿元，首批4家入园企业将于本月底前动工建设。
　　目前，南山湾科技园及疏港大道项目投入资金超10亿元，完成预算总投资的37％，并完成首批获批土地1800亩的平整，园区道路、通信、电力、供水、供热等基础配套设施同步建设，已具备企业进园建设条件。
