On the morning of December 29, Guangdong Jinming Machinery Co., Ltd. was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (code: 300281), becoming the 19th listed company of Shantou. The number of A Stock for public issue this time is 15,000,000 shares with issue price of 25 yuan per share.

Established in 1987, Guangdong Jinming Machinery Co., Ltd. is a native plastic machinery manufacturing enterprise in Shantou. It mainly engages in R&D, design, production and sales of thin film blow molding equipment and hollow forming devices. It is both the earlier professional plastic machinery supplier mastering the core technology in this field in China, and the leading enterprise in the plastic machinery thin film blow and molding equipment industry in China. The funds raised from the issue of shares this time will be used for the special equipment production base project for the new functional film, the technical center project and other main business related operating and funding projects.

　　广东金明精机股份有限公司成立于1987年，是汕头土生土长的塑料机械制造企业，主要从事薄膜吹塑设备和中空成型设备的研发、设计、生产和销售，是我国较早掌握领域核心技术的专业塑机供应商，也是我国塑料机械薄膜吹塑设备行业的龙头企业。本次发行募集资金将用于新型功能膜专用设备生产基地项目、技术中心项目以及其他与主营业务相关的营运资金项目。
