On the morning of October 17, the "liquid dangerous goods (public) bonded warehouse of Shantou Siam Gas Energy Corp. Ltd." was checked and accepted by Customs House and put into use. This will bring premium LPG to Shantou, eastern Guangdong, southern Fujian and southern Jiangxi, which will play a positive role in stabilizing gas prices, improving people＇s livelihood, and helping Shantou to build a liquefied petroleum gas distribution center in Southeast Asia.

The liquid dangerous goods (public) bonded warehouse of Shantou Siam Gas Energy Corp. Ltd. is the only underground caves reservoir in eastern Guangdong, with total reserves of 200,000 m³ in the two underground tanks, its capacity ranks 3rd in the country. The maximum storage can be 50,000 tons of propane and butane respectively. In the full load operation after the bonded warehouse is put into use, it is predicted that the amount of import and export of liquefied gas per year will reach 480,000 tons, with an import and export value accounting for about 5％ of Shantou＇s foreign trade volume.

　　10月17日上午，“汕头暹罗燃气能源有限公司液体危险品(公用型)保税仓库”通过海关验收并投入使用。这将为汕头、粤东地区、福建南部及江西南部带来优质的石油气，对平抑和稳定气价、改善民生，助力汕头打造东南亚液化气集散中心将起到积极作用。
　　汕头暹罗燃气能源有限公司液体危险品(公用型)保税仓库是粤东唯一一座地下岩洞储库，两个地下储罐总储量为20万立方米，容量在全国排第3位，最大满仓可存丙烷和丁烷各5万吨。预计该保税仓库投入使用后，满负荷运转情况下，每年进出口液化气量将达48万吨，进出口货值将占到当前我市外贸进出口总额的5％左右。
