In an effort to further promote the development of port logistics service in Nan＇ao, Shantou plans to construct a Nan＇ao-Taiwan Trading Services Park, which will be Guangdong＇s only duty-free commodities market to attract domestic and overseas tourists for sightseeing and shopping.

The 0.46km² Park in Houbijian, Nan＇ao, will be constructed in two phases, where the first phase is about 0.23km². The Park will have duty-free warehouses, Taiwan commodities exhibition and trading mall, cultural creation park, restaurants, recreation, entertainment and other auxiliary commercial facilities. Once completed, the Park will be 24 hours open, trading specialty commodities from both sides of the Straights during the day and providing Taiwan and Chaoshan specialty delicacies when night falls. In addition, it also aims to be the first window of Guangdong Province to tourists to Taiwan. The Park will adopt One-Stop services and comprehensive and high efficient management to provide enterprises with convenient services and ensure fast circulation of commodities upon landing.

　　为进一步促进南澳港口物流产业发展，我市积极谋划建设南澳对台贸易综合服务基地，打造全省唯一的免税商品市场，吸引国内外游客观光购物。
　　南澳对台综合服务基地位于南澳县猴鼻尖，总用地700亩，计划分二期建设，首期用地约300亩。项目计划建设免税仓库、台湾商品展示交易商城、文化创意园、餐饮、休闲娱乐商业配套等。建成后将实行24小时经营模式，白天是经营两岸特色商品的交易市场，夜晚则是台湾风味和潮汕特色的美食城。此外，南澳对台贸易综合服务基地还将打造广东省对台旅游品牌的首个形象窗口，实行“一条龙”服务和“一体化”的高效能管理，为入驻企业提供便捷服务，确保商品到达后实现快速流转。
