In order to facilitate micro, small and medium-sized enterprises＇ financing effort, the Shantou State and local taxation authorities have recently joined the local branches of China Construction Bank and Bank of China to launch a "Banking–Taxation" cooperation project, where the tax payment of such enterprises is linked to their financing capacity, the first tax-for-loan financing arrangement in Shantou.

Bank of China and China Construction Bank will consult the taxation credit ratings meted out by the State and local taxation authorities when providing flexible, convenient and preferential financing products to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Shantou. The financing products that are currently available are "Shui Kuan Tong Bao" (Bank of China) and "Shui Yi Dai" (China Construction Bank). By the end of last March, 17 intents of borrowing amounting to RMB 17 million have been reached and the first 7 taxpayers have obtained the approval for RMB 7.7 million of China Construction Bank＇s "Shui Yi Dai" loan on credit.

　　为缓解中小微企业融资难问题，近日市国税局、地税局与建行汕头分行、中行汕头分行共同推出“银税互动”合作项目，将中小微企业纳税情况与其融资能力挂钩，开创了我市首个以“税”换“贷”的企业融资新模式。
　　汕头中行和汕头建行将根据市国税局和市地税局评定的企业纳税信用情况，向我市范围内诚信纳税的中小微企业提供灵活、方便、优惠的融资产品，助力我市中小微企业的发展。目前的产品有汕头中行的“税款通宝”和汕头建行的“税易贷”。截至3月底，全市已达成贷款意向17笔，金额总计1700万元，其中首批已有7户纳税人获批汕头建行“税易贷”信用贷款770万元。
