The General Administration of Customs, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange have jointly approved our city to establish B-type Bonded Logistics Center in the Bonded Zone. In the future, the domestic goods entering the Bonded Logistics Center of Shantou Bonded Zone will be treated as exports and be able to enjoy the export rebates. The access to this policy not only has made up for the insufficient functions of the bonded zone, but also will boost the port economy and promote the linkage between the port and the bonded zone, and will be of great significance for the promotion of free trade in the Overseas Chinese Pilot Zone.

　　经海关总署、财政部、国家税务总局、国家外汇管理局四个部门联合批复，同意我市在保税区设立B型保税物流中心。今后国内货物进入汕头保税区保税物流中心将视同出口，享受出口退税便利政策。这一政策的获得，不仅弥补了保税区功能上的不足，同时也将拉动港口经济，促进港区联动，对于推动华侨试验区的自由贸易具有重大意义。
