On the morning of September 8, the Ceremony for Launching the “Zheng Yin Bao” Program (Governmental Fund-Guaranteed Loan) in Shantou Overseas Chinese Economic and Cultural Cooperation Experimental Zone and First Batch Loans to Enterprises was held in Shantou Guest House Shantou East Coast Investment Construction Co., Ltd., China Construction Bank Shantou Branch and Shantou PICC signed the Tripartite Partnership Agreement of the “Zheng Yin Bao” Program (Governmental Fund-Guaranteed Loan). According to the Agreement, in the first term, Shantou Overseas Chinese Economic and Cultural Cooperation Experimental Zonewill invest RMB 10 million, which will be expanded a maximum of 50 times by China Construction Bank and PICC so as to arrange a loan limit of RMB 500 million for helping the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in east Guangdong to solve the financing problem. If an enterprise intends to apply for the “Zheng Yin Bao” (Governmental Fund-Guaranteed Loan), it may make the loan request with Shantou East Coast Park Investment Construction Co., Ltd. through "Overseas Chinese Board" Shantou Operation Center. After the loan request is initially examined and reviewed, it will be recommended to China Construction Bank Shantou Branch and Shantou PICC so as to conduct the “Zheng Yin Bao” Program (Governmental Fund-Guaranteed Loan). From making the loan request to getting the loan, it would take an enterprise a maximum of 15 working days. The procedure is simplified with high efficiency.

　　9月8日上午，华侨试验区“政银保”项目启动暨首批企业贷款发放仪式在汕头迎宾馆举行，汕头市东海岸投资建设有限公司、建行汕头市分行、汕头人保财险签订了“政银保”三方合作协议。根据协议，华侨试验区首期投入1000万元，建行、人保双方最高可放大50倍资金, 安排贷款额度5亿元，帮助粤东中小微企业发展解决融资难问题。申请“政银保”的意向贷款企业可通过“华侨板”汕头运营中心向汕头市东海岸公司提出贷款申请，经初审、复审后，推荐至建行汕头分行、汕头人保财险以对接“政银保”项目。从企业申请到发放贷款，最多只需15个工作日，程序简化、方便快捷。
