On the morning of November 10, Shantou Municipal Government and CCCC Investment Company Limited signed the Framework Agreement on Deepening Strategic Cooperation. The two sides would further make innovations in cooperation mode, expand the areas of cooperation, give full play to their respective advantages, jointly promote the implementation of the new town industry, and boost the revitalization and development of Shantou.

According to the Agreement, Shantou City and CCCC Investment Company Limited will jointly set up the industry investment platform (company) of Shantou Overseas Chinese Economic and Cultural Cooperation Pilot Area, deepen cooperation in the construction and operation of the urban complex, the construction of the colligating pipe gallery and other aspects, and comprehensively improve the regional economic competitiveness of Shantou.

　　根据协议，汕头市与中交投资公司将共同组建华侨试验区产业投资平台(公司)，在城市综合体建设运营、综合管廊建设等方面深化合作，全面提高汕头的区域经济竞争力。
