On December 6, Shantou Municipal Government and Longhu District Government respectively signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreements with Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guangdong Hengjian”) and Guangdong Hengrong Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guangdong Hengrong”).

Guangdong Hengjian is currently the only provincial state-owned capital operating company in Guangdong, and also a provincial enterprise with the largest net assets. Guangdong Hengrong, a subsidiary company wholly-owned by Guangdong Hengjian, is the first company in the agricultural sector of the provincial state-owned assets system. Shantou Municipal Government will conduct various forms of cooperation with Guangdong Hengjian in finance, urban infrastructure, industrial docking, the reform of state-owned enterprises and other aspects. Relying on the characteristic industrial base of Waisha Town and Xinxi Town, Longhu District will conduct operation with Guangdong Hengrong in infrastructure, Eastern industrial park, characteristic industrial sector and other fields.

　　12月6日，汕头市政府、龙湖区政府分别与广东恒健投资控股有限公司、广东恒荣农业发展有限公司签订战略合作框架协议。
　　广东恒健控股公司是广东目前唯一的省级国有资本运营公司、净资产最大的省属企业。广东恒荣农业发展有限公司为恒健控股的全资子公司，是省国资系统首个农业板块公司。接下来，我市将与广东恒健在金融、城市基础设施、产业对接以及国企改革等方面开展股权、代理等多种形式的合作。龙湖区将依托外砂镇、新溪镇的特色产业基础，与广东恒荣在基础设施、东部产业园区、特色产业板块等领域开展合作。
