On December 23, Mingyuan Group and Taisheng Technology Co., Ltd. successfully acquired two business-and-service land parcels respectively with a bid of RMB 579.5 million and RMB 1.0185 billion in F Cluster in Xinjin Sub-area of New East Coastal Area of Shantou Overseas Chinese Economic and Cultural Cooperation Pilot Area, which marks that the two high-end financial industry projects that were introduced into Shantou this year have officially settled down in New East Coastal Area.

The land parcels transferred this time are located in the financial innovation zone in New East Coastal Area. Among others, the land parcel acquired by Mingyuan Group will be used for building the International Technology Innovation Financial Town with the planned investment of about RMB 5 billion and a total floor area of about 500,000 square meters. The group will focus on building a super high-rise landmark tower of 250 meters in height (the Financial Center) and simultaneously start the construction of technology innovation center, five-star hotel, and high-end commercial supporting facilities, etc. The land parcel acquired by Taisheng Technology Co., Ltd. will be used for building the Technology Innovation Park with the planned investment of about RMB 10 billion and a total floor area of about 680,000 square meters, The group will focus on building a new international technology park integrating research and development, office, exhibition, trade, logistics, information exchange, venture capital, high-end business, and integrated services.

　　12月23日，明园集团和泰盛科技分别以5.795亿元和10.185亿元成功摘得汕头华侨试验区东海岸新城新津片区F组团两宗商业服务地块，标志着我市今年引进的两大高端金融产业项目正式落户东海岸新城。
　　本次出让的地块位于东海岸新城金融创新区。其中，明园集团摘得的地块将建设国际科创金融城，计划投资约50亿元，总建筑面积约50万平方米，重点打造250米超高层标志性塔楼——金融中心，同步启动科创中心、五星级酒店、高端商业配套等建设;泰盛科技摘得的地块将建设科创园项目，计划投资约100亿元，总建筑面积约68万平方米，重点打造集科技研发、办公、展示、交易、物流、信息交流、创业投资、高端商务和综合服务为一体的国际性新型科技园。
