On the morning of March 10, the Signing Ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between the People’s Government of Shantou Municipality and Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) and the Opening Ceremony of DCE Delivery Warehouse and DCE Futures Institute Industry Training Base were held in Polyacer E-commerce Industrial Center. Following DCE＇s strategic cooperation with the People＇s Government of Guangdong Province and the People’s Government of Guangzhou Municipality, the strategic cooperation with Shantou  is another comprehensive cooperation conducted by DCE with local governments in South China, centering on serving the real economy with futures market. This cooperation fills the gap that there are no delivery warehouse and industry training base in the whole region of the West Coast of the Straits. Under the New Normal, this cooperation will become a twin-engine for improving the quality and effectiveness and speeding up the development of the plastic industrial chain in Shantou and even in East Guangdong, and will become an important platform for local governments to promote plastic industry innovation and an important means to facilitate the operation of plastic economy. .
 

With the approval of the State Council, DCE was set up on February 28, 1993. It is one of the four futures exchanges supervised and managed by China Securities Regulatory Commission. In 2016, DCE ranked 8th on the listof trading volumes among global derivatives exchanges.

　　3月10日上午,市政府与大连商品交易所战略合作签约暨大连商品交易所交割仓、大连商品交易所期货学院产业培育基地揭牌仪式在柏亚电商产业园举行。这是大商所继与广东省政府、广州市政府战略合作之后,再次在华南地区与地方政府围绕期货市场服务实体经济开展的全面合作,填补了整个海西地区没有交割仓及产业培育基地的空白,将成为新常态下我市乃至粤东地区塑料产业链提质增效、提速发展的双引擎,成为地方推动塑料产业创新的重要平台与塑料经济运行的重要抓手。

　　大连商品交易所成立于1993年2月28日,是经国务院批准并由中国证监会监督管理的4家期货交易所之一。2016年,大商所在全球衍生品交易所成交量排名中位居第8位。
