On the morning of May 3, Shantou City held a meeting to hear the report of China CYTS Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and China CYTS Urban Investment Holding Co. Ltd. on the planning of Nan’ao Island and Haojiang Hushi area tourism project, so as to promote the landing and construction of Nan’ao International Spiritual Island and Haojiang Hushi area tourism project as soon as possible.
 

According to the preliminary planning, relying on the island landscape resources and cultural heritage, in eight years, Nan’ao Island will be built into a “tourism +” platform with an investment of more than RMB 40 billion. With the formation of “Nan’ao Tourism Economic Zone”, Nan’ao Island will be built into a world-class spiritual island and a world island tourism destination. The first phase of the project is planned to be completed in about three years.It is planned that more than RMB 30 billion will be invested into the Haojiang Hushi area project. By upgrading, deeply exploring and experiencing the original local tourism IP in Shantou, the Chaoshan cultural spirit will be integrated into the project, so as to build a bonsai-type land art scenic area and a new Chaoshan cultural tourism city with its own characterisitics.

　　5月3日上午,我市召开中国青旅实业·中青城投公司南澳岛和濠江礐石片区旅游项目规划汇报会,推动南澳国际心灵岛和濠江礐石片区旅游项目尽快落地建设。

　　按照初步规划,南澳岛将依托海岛山水资源和文化底蕴,投资400多亿元,用8年左右时间构建“旅游+”平台,形成“南澳旅游经济带”,将南澳岛建成世界级的心灵之岛、世界海岛旅游目的地;首期项目计划用3年左右的时间建成。濠江礐石片区项目计划投入300多亿元,将通过对汕头本地原有的旅游 IP 进行升级、深度发掘体验等,将潮汕文化精神融入其中,打造盆景式大地艺术风景区、独树一帜的潮汕文化旅游新城。
