On the morning of December 23, Shantou Municipal Government signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. According to the Agreement, both parties will make comprehensive cooperation in transportation and municipal infrastructure, new-type urbanization construction, ecological environmental protection, urban comprehensive pipeline corridors, sponge city, beautiful villages and other fields, and jointly promote the construction of green and ecological towns in Shantou.
