On the morning of September 12, Haojiang District held the signing ceremony of the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement onEastern Guangdong Greenland Center" between Haojiang District Government and Southern China Regional Management Headquarters of Greenland Holding Group, as well as the launching ceremony of Maozhou Area New Urbanization Comprehensive Development PPP Project in Haojiang District.

"Eastern Guangdong Greenland Center" Project is located in the central business district of Nanbin Area in Haojiang District. The Project will bebuilt into an urban complex integrating with headquarters offices, trade and business, hotels, apartments and other diversified formats. Upon completion, the Project will bring together high-end elements, lead industrial transformation and upgrading in Haojiang District, and open a new era of Haojiang headquarters economy. Maozhou Area New Urbanization Comprehensive Development PPP Project is a key project for Haojiang District to promote the construction of the new urbanization and urban expansion and upgrading. The Project consists of one main body (Maozhou Area, which is divided into four phases), one sub-body (Ma Kau Complex), and one supporting facility (Tiger Hill Tunnel and South Extension B Line), including six sub-projects in three parts. Among others, Tiger Hill Tunnel and South Extension B Line Project is equally important as Shantou Bay Tunnel, South High-speed Rail Station and other major projects, which is of great significance to building high-quality living circles on both north and south banks and opening up the artery of communications infrastructure.

　　9月12日上午，濠江区举行区政府与绿地控股集团华南区域管理总部“粤东绿地中心战略合作协议”签约仪式、濠江区茂洲片区新型城镇化综合开发PPP项目启动仪式。
　　“粤东绿地中心”项目位于濠江区南滨片区中央商务区，规划建设集总部办公、商贸、酒店、公寓等多元业态于一体的城市综合体，项目建成后将汇集高端要素，引领濠江区产业转型升级，开启濠江总部经济新时代。茂洲片区新型城镇化综合开发PPP项目是濠江区推进新型城镇化建设和城区扩容提质的重点项目，由一主(茂洲片区，分成4期)一副(马滘综合体)一配套(虎头山隧道及南延B线)3部分6子项目组成，其中的虎头山隧道及南延线项目与海湾隧道、高铁南站等重大项目具有同等重要地位，对于打造南北两岸高质量生活圈，打通交通基础设施大动脉具有重要意义。
