On the morning of December 28, Shantou held the Collective Launching (Signing) Ceremony of Key Projects, including transportation infrastructure, key industrial projects, headquarters bases and people＇s wellbeing projects, which involve large amount of investment and play a strong leading role and have extensive influence. Setting off a new round of boom of project investment and construction is of vital importance in Shantou’s efforts to construct a new city pattern of "one bay, one bank, two rivers and three platforms", expand the urban development space, optimize the regional industry distribution, build the provincial sub-central city and promote regional coordinated development.
