On the afternoon of July 6, Shantou East Coast Park Investment Construction Co., Ltd., Haitong Leading Capital Management Co., Ltd. and Guangdong (Hengqin) Technology Financial Fund of Funds Management Co., Ltd. held the signing ceremony of Overseas Chinese Industrial Investment Fund of Funds in China Aerospace Satellite Building in Zhugang New Town. This is the first government-led industrial investment guidance fund in Shantou and eastern Guangdong.

Overseas Chinese Industrial Investment Fund of Funds is cooperatively established by Shantou East Coast Park Investment Construction Co., Ltd. —— a limited partner,  Haitong Leading Capital Management Co., Ltd. and Guangdong (Hengqin) Technology Financial Fund of Funds Management Co., Ltd., with a total size of RMB 5 billion. The government shall contribute the first installment of RMB 300 million for it.  And it shall be managed by double general partners. On this basis, it shall establish two sub-funds involved in culture and scientific innovation, each with a size of RMB 500 million.  In the future, it will attract more social capital and finally expand its size to RMB 20 billion, a considerable proportion of which will be invested in local enterprises, for the purpose of guiding more projects to conduct business in Shantou, supporting the development of the real economy, and providing financial support for industrial development in Shantou and even in eastern Guangdong.

　　7月6日下午，汕头市东海岸投资建设有限公司、海通创意资本、横琴粤科在珠港新城航天卫星大厦举行华侨产业投资母基金签约仪式。这是我市也是粤东首只由政府主导的产业投资引导基金。
　　华侨产业投资母基金由汕头市东海岸投资建设有限公司作为有限合伙人，与海通创意资本、横琴粤科三方合作设立，总规模50亿元。首期政府出资3亿元，采用双GP管理，在此基础上再设立文化和科创两只子基金，规模均为5亿元。未来将吸引更多社会资本加入，最终基金规模将扩大到200亿，并有相当比例投资到本地企业，引导更多项目来汕开展业务，支持实体经济发展，为汕头及至粤东产业发展提供金融支持。
