On October 26, the three-day Guangdong Industrial Design World Expo and Shunde Design Week ended successfully in Foshan Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. Shantou Industrial Design City, as a special exhibition of Design Park, appeared at the exhibition, and made a keynote speech at the “Pearl River Delta Industrial Design Industry Alliance Summit”. This move greatly contributed to the Shantou industrial design active integration into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the introduction of high-quality resources from upstream and downstream of industrial design industry chain into Chaoshan to drive industrial transformation and upgrading by design.
Guangdong Industrial Design World Expo and Shunde Design Week (DWE) is the first large-scale exhibition activity with the theme of industrial design industry in China. During the exhibition, the unique booth design of Shantou Industrial Design City attracted design associations, design enterprises, brand merchants and designers from all over the world. Many industry peers said that there are many advantageous industries in eastern Guangdong and the industrial design market has great potential. With their optimistic views on the innovation mode of Shantou Industrial Design City, they hoped to further enhance exchanges and interactions and strive for win-win cooperation.

汕头工业设计亮相广东工业设计产业博览会
10月26日，为期3天的广东工业设计产业博览会暨顺德设计周在佛山潭州国际会展中心圆满落幕。汕头工业设计城作为设计园区特展亮相展会，并在大会举行的“珠三角工业设计产业联盟峰会”上作主题宣讲，助力汕头工业设计主动融入粤港澳大湾区，将工业设计产业链上下游的优质资源引进潮汕，以设计驱动产业转型升级。
广东工业设计产业博览会暨顺德设计周（DWE）是国内首个以工业设计产业为主题的大型会展活动。展会期间，汕头工业设计城独特的展位设计吸引了各地设计协会、设计企业、品牌商及设计师等驻足。不少业界人士表示，粤东优势产业众多，工业设计市场具有巨大的潜力，也看好汕头工业设计城的创新模式，希望能进一步增进交流互动，争取合作共赢。
