Leiling Wind Power Station Project of Chaonan District in Shantou City has recently been approved by the Development and Reform Commission of Guangdong Province. The Project is located in the ranges of Danan Mountain surrounding Leiling Town, Hongchang Town and Liangying Town in Chaonan District, which is invested by China Resources Wind Power Holdings (Shantou Chaonan) Company Limited for construction. The total investment of the Project is 487 million yuan, with the construction scale of 58 units of 850 KW wind turbines and the total assembly capacity of 49.3 MW. At present, the Project has been included in the third lot of key construction projects for expanding the domestic demands of Guangdong Province.

　　汕头市潮南区雷岭风电场工程项目近期获得省发改委核准。该项目位于潮南区雷岭镇、红场镇和两英镇一带的大南山山脉，由华润电力风能(汕头潮南)有限公司投资建设。项目总投资4.87亿元，项目规模为建设58台850千瓦风电机组，总装机容量49.3兆瓦。目前该项目已列入省扩大内需第三批重点建设项目。
