On June 12th, Guangdong Dynavolt Battery Technology Co., Ltd. was listed formally on Shenzhen Stock Exchange and publicly issued 13.30 million A-shares. The issue price of each share is 22 yuan and its corresponding price-earnings ratio is 33.5 times.

Dynavolt Technology is the leading enterprise specialized in starting batteries for motorcycles in China and also the second largest professional manufacturer for motorcycle batteries in the world. Its services are widely spread across China and in more than 90 countries and regions in the world. Furthermore, Dynavolt Technology becomes one of the main drafters and revisers for industrial technical standards for many countries. The  funds raised this time are mainly used for the project of nanometer colloid high-energy lead-acid battery to further expand the productivity of nanometer colloid battery and drive the replacement of traditional lead-acid battery with the new generation nanometer colloid battery.

　　6月12日上午，广东猛狮电池科技股份有限公司在深圳证券交易所正式挂牌上市，公开发行Ａ股数量1330万股，每股发行价22元，对应市盈率为33.5倍。
猛狮科技是国内摩托车启动电池的龙头企业、世界第二大摩托车电池专业制造商，业务遍及全国及世界90多个国家和地区，并成为多个国家行业技术标准的主要起草者与修订者之一。此次募集资金将主要用于纳米胶体高能铅酸蓄电池上的募投项目，进一步扩大纳米胶体电池产能，推动新一代纳米胶体电池对传统铅酸蓄电池的更新换代。
