The introduction meeting for Guangdong Province to open tender of major projects to private investment sponsored by the provincial government was held recently at Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center. At the introduction meeting, Shantou opened tender of 13 major projects to private capital, with a total investment of 10.6 billion yuan. Such projects involve land development, park construction and social areas, including the Longhu Paradise urban commercial complex, the first-phase land development of Zhugang New Town Headquarters Park, Shantou Guang＇ao Logistics Park, the renovation and expansion of Shantou City＇s Fengdong Road, Zhongshan West Road, Chenghai Road, and People＇s Hospital of Haojiang District, the second-phase renovation and expansion of People＇s Hospital of Chenghai District.

　　由省政府主办的广东省面向民间投资公开招标重大项目推介会日前在广州市白云国际会议中心召开。我市在此次推介会上面向民资推出13个重大项目，总投资达106亿元，项目涉及土地开发、园区建设和社会领域，包括龙湖乐园城市商业综合体、珠港新城总部经济园区一期土地开发、汕头广澳物流园、汕头市区凤东路、中山西路、澄海路、濠江区人民医院改扩建、澄海区人民医院改扩建二期项目等。
