On the afternoon of September 11, Shantou Government and China Resources Pharmaceutical Group held the Ceremony on Signing of Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement and Unveiling of China Resources Shantou Kangwei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, indicating that another big project of China Resources Group has settled down in Shantou following the projects of China Resources Cement, China Resources Vanguard and China Resources Gas. The both parties will continue strengthening cooperation, so as to promote and expand the pharmaceutical industry of Shantou City, and to jointly create a pharmaceutical industry center in the eastern region of Guangdong.

China Resources Group is a state-owned key enterprise under the direct management of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of State Council. China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd, an enterprise group integrating drug R&D, manufacturing and distribution, ranks top 2 in the national pharmaceutical industry in terms of the overall scale. According to the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement of the both parties, China Resources Pharmaceutical will actively participate in the health and medicine industry chain development and construction of Shantou City, and develop strategic cooperation in the forms of pharmaceuticals, drug distribution and logistics distribution; introduce the advanced management experience and the pharmaceutical modern logistics technology, and invest in building a modern pharmaceutical logistics center in Shantou City; conduct pharmaceutical logistics extended services with the medical institutions in Shantou City, and provide certain technology and financial support for the advanced management mode of hospitals and pharmacies; actively participate in the medical and health system reform of Shantou City, and promote the medical development of Shantou City.

　　华润集团是国务院国资委直接管理的国有重点骨干企业。华润医药集团有限公司整体规模位居全国医药行业前两强，是集药品研发、制造和分销为一体的企业集团。根据双方战略合作框架协议，华润医药将积极参与我市医药健康产业链发展建设，开展医药制药、药品流通、物流配送等多种形式的战略合作;引入先进管理经验与医药现代物流技术，在我市投资建设现代医药物流中心;与我市医疗机构开展医药物流延伸服务，为医院药房先进管理模式提供一定技术与资金支持;积极参与我市医药卫生体制改革，促进我市医疗事业发展。
