In recent years, Shantou has sped up the pace of "Three OLDs" renovation and issued 13 supporting documents. Recently the municipal government also issued Opinions on further accelerating implementation of the "Three OLDs" renovation, appropriately reducing the land supplementary payment proportion and low-rent housing ratio, which effectively reduces the cost of renovation. Currently there are 17 such renovation projects approved in Shantou, with a total area of 780 mu, among which seven projects such as west area of Dongfang Middle School in Jinhuan Road have been started in Shantou, with a renovation area of 374 mu. Preliminary work such as control and planning preparation, cooperative entity determination and investigation of land and house use for another batch of projects has been completed, with conditions for accelerating implementation. The municipal renovation office has initially proposed 29 projects with mature conditions to be priority in the next stage in Shantou.

　　近年来，我市加快“三旧”改造步伐，出台了13个配套文件，近期市政府又出台了《关于进一步加快推进“三旧”改造实施工作意见》，适当降低补交地价比例和廉租住房配建比例，有效降低了改造成本。目前，全市已批准的“三旧”改造项目17个，改造总面积约780亩，其中中心城区已动工建设金环路东方中学西片区等7个项目，改造面积374亩。另有一批“三旧”项目完成控规编制、合作主体确定、土地房产情况使用摸查等前期工作，具备加快推进的条件。市三旧办初步拟定29个条件成熟的“三旧”改造项目，作为中心城区下一步重点推进的项目。
