On the morning of December 8, a ceremony was held for the People＇s Government of Chaoyang District and China Electronic Ruida Co., Ltd. to sign the strategic cooperation framework agreement on the project of CEC (Southern) Cloud Information Technology Park.

China Electronic Ruida Co., Ltd. is a subordinate enterprise of China Electronics Corporation (CEC).  CEC (Southern) Cloud Information Technology Park will cover an area of about 133.3 hectare, and include the development and construction of industrial districts, research centers, training centers and supporting living quarters, with a total investment of 6 billion yuan. Chaoyang District will create a good environment and provide quality services for construction of the project, and will be responsible for providing resources such as land and preferential policies involved in the related planning area; and China Electronic Ruida Co., Ltd. will be responsible for providing funds required for primary land development, infrastructure construction and construction of supporting public facilities, relevant high-tech resources and social resources, in order to promote the primary land development and the construction  of technology park.

　　12月8日上午，潮阳区人民政府与北京中电瑞达电子技术有限公司举行中电(南方)云信息科技园项目战略合作框架协议签约仪式。
　　中电瑞达电子技术有限公司是中国电子信息产业集团有限公司下属企业。中电(南方)云信息科技园区域面积约2000亩，包括开发建设产业区、科研中心、培训中心及配套生活区，总投资60亿元人民币。潮阳区将为项目建设营造良好环境，提供优质服务，并负责提供相关规划片区涉及的土地及相关优惠政策等资源，北京中电瑞达电子技术有限公司将负责提供土地一级开发、基础设施建设、公建配套建设所需的资金，相关高科技技术资源和社会资源，推进土地一级开发和科技园区建设。
