The project of Shantou Buynow Life Square has progressed smoothly since construction in August 2011, and its 5-storey podium will be completed by the end of December; the high 23-story tower has constructed to the sixth floor, which will be completed in mid-April next year; the 3 underground floors will have about 1000 parking spaces; the entire project is expected to be completed and put into use before the end of December next year. After completion, department store, digital products, cinemas, restaurants and other facilities will gather in the podium, with introduction of business model and landscape of Eastern Taipei and Taiwan authentic merchandise to fully demonstrate the characteristics of Taiwan; Korean CGV Cinema City and the internationally renowned retailer Carrefour Supermarket will be equipped; and the tower will be used as office building, SOHO and other business establishments.

　　汕头百脑汇生活广场项目自2011年8月开工建设以来工程进展顺利， 5层高的裙楼将于12月底完工，高23层的塔楼已施工至6层，将于明年4月中旬建成，地下3层将设置1000个左右的停车位，整个项目预计明年12月底前完工并投入使用。项目建成后，裙楼部分将汇集百货、数码产品、电影院、餐饮等设施，并引进台北东区的经营模式、景观和台湾地道商品，充分彰显台湾特色，还将配备韩国CGV电影城和国际知名零售品牌家乐福超市等，塔楼部分将作为写字楼、SOHO等办公商务场所。
