Our city will adopt multi-measures to push forward the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade, including the release of Incentive Measures to Promote the Steady Development of Foreign Trade in Shantou for 2016, which preliminarily plans to allocate a special fund of 80 million yuan to financially support the enterprises in fields like comprehensive foreign trade service, cross-border E-commerce, tourist shopping and purchasing, and import & export.

Our city will also continue to foster such bases like Chenghai Toy Base, Aquatic Products Base, Jinping Light Industry Equipment Base and Longhuguang Electromechanical Base; foster more bases for transformation and upgraded development of foreign trade supported by the industrial clusters; and deepen the construction and support for bases and various public service platforms.

　　今年我市将采取多项举措，推动对外贸易转型升级，包括制订出台《汕头市2016年促进外经贸稳步发展鼓励措施》，初步计划安排专项资金8000万元，对外贸综合服务企业、跨境电子商务、旅游购物和市场采购以及进出口增长等企业给予资金支持。
　　我市还将继续推进澄海玩具基地、水产品基地、金平轻工装备基地和龙湖光机电基地的培育工作，以产业集群为支持，培育更多外贸出口转型升级发展基地，深化对基地和多种公共服务平台的建设和支持。
