On the afternoon of October 11,Shantou municipalgovernment and Tencentcompanysigned the strategic cooperation framework agreementin Shenzhen for jointly promoting the "Internet Plus". Both sides will give full play to their respective resource advantages, conduct in-depth cooperation in six major fields: including industry innovation, people＇s well-being applications, public services, cultural tourism, innovation and entrepreneurship as well as industrial services, promote the comprehensive application of the mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data and other Internet technologies in Shantou＇s economic and social fields, build an intelligent Shantou, and jointly build a national informationization pilot area.
