On the afternoon of November 23, Sharon Deszca,Founder & CEO of Israel Blue Economy Center, and his party visited Shantou, had discussions with Shantou City on the relevant matters of establishing the blue fund, and signed the Memorandum of the Incubator Cooperation Project of China - Israel Blue Economy Center so as to push forward the marine science and technology exchanges and cooperation between Shantou and Israel and to promote the transformation and upgrading of the marine industry in Shantou.

The BlueEconomyCenter is Israel＇s first innovative company specialized in deepening in the marine economic development and cooperation between China and Israel. Sharon Deszca appreciated the professionalism of Shantou team participating in docking of the project. He was full of confidence in the subsequent cooperation. He said that he would strengthen the exchanges and cooperation with Shantou in marine science and technology, and introduce more high-tech projects in the marine industry to settle down in Shantou.
