On the morning of November 24, Shantou Great-Sun Foods Co., Ltd. was listed on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange (the stock of the Company is referred to as "Great-Sun Foods", with a code of 603336), and became the first listed company in China＇s fruit and vegetable industry.

Great-Sun Foods Co., Ltd. is a professional fresh product service provider in ShantouCityintegrating with planting management, postharvest acquisition, frozen storage, processing &packaging and cold-chain distribution of fruit and vegetable products. More than 130 million shares are issued this time, and there are 33 million IPO tradable shares. It is planned to raise RMB 272 million for the constructionsof the information management systemsof the Company＇s headquarters in Shantou and three large regional bases in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Tianjin.

　　11月24日上午，汕头宏辉果蔬股份有限公司在上海证交所主板挂牌上市(公司股票简称：宏辉果蔬，代码：603336)，成为国内果蔬行业第一股。
　　宏辉果蔬是我市一家集果蔬产品的种植管理、采后收购、冷冻仓储、加工包装、冷链配送等于一体的专业生鲜产品服务商。此次发行股票13000多万股，首次公开发行上市流通股3300多万股，计划募集资金2.72亿元，用于汕头总部信息化管理系统建设，以及上海、广州、天津三个大型区域基地的建设。
