As the current only bonded logistics center (type B) in east Guangdong, the construction of Shantou Bonded Logistics Center advanced steadily. On April 11, the pile foundation engineering was completed, 19 days ahead of the original plan, which laid a good foundation for accelerating the progress and promoting the project in full swing.This project is planned to be completed and accepted by the end of this year.
 

Shantou Bonded Logistics Center (type B) is a special area supervised by the Customs, run by one enterprise. Several enterprises will reside in the Center and will be engaged in bonded warehousing logistics business, to enjoy special preferential policies such as “tax refunding by residing in the Center”. After the completion of the Center, it will effectively solve the problems arising from deep processing, carry-over of goods and so on in processing trade, and will be beneficial to attracting the back-flow of some business of local export declaration outside the customs area, which are of great significance to promote the development of foreign trade in Shantou and eastern Guangdong.

　　作为目前粤东地区唯一一个保税物流中心(B型),汕头保税物流中心项目建设节节推进，桩基础工程已于4月11日完成,比原计划提前了19天,为接下来各项工程的全面铺开和加快推进创造了良好的基础条件。该项目计划今年底建成并通过验收。

　　保税物流中心(B型)是由一家企业经营,多家企业进入并从事保税仓储物流业务的海关特殊监管场所,具有“入中心退税”等特殊优惠政策。建成后将有效解决加工贸易中的深加工和结转货物等问题,有利于吸引本地到外关区报关出口的部分业务回流,对促进汕头及粤东地区对外贸易的发展具有十分重要的意义。
