On the morning of June 22, the ceremony for signing the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between Shantou Municipal Government and Hong Kong Hybrid Kinetic Group for jointly promoting the development of the automotive industry was held in the headquarters of Hong Kong Hybrid Kinetic Group Ltd. Shantou City will cooperate with Hybrid Kinetic Group to promote new energy vehicles, auto parts and related big data industries to settle down in Shantou, and work together to build a clean energy automotive industry cluster.

According to the Agreement, both sides will cooperate in the establishment of the automotive industry fund, the construction of high-tech, green and environment-friendly automobile city and other fields. Hybrid Kinetic Group will also construct supporting projects including graphene lithium titanate battery production base, range extender production base and Hybrid Kinetic automotive management system database (platform).

Chen Xiao, Executive Director of Hybrid Kinetic Group, said that, after the project is settled down in Shantou, it will be built into a production base of one million passenger vehicles, including 300,000 vehicles in phase I, the output value of which will exceed RMB 150 billion after reaching target output; after the overall project of three phases reaches target output, it is expected that the output value will exceed RMB 500 billion.

　　6月22日上午,汕头市政府与正道集团共同推进汽车产业发展战略合作框架协议签署仪式在香港正道集团有限公司总部举行,我市将与正道集团合作推动新能源汽车、汽车配件以及相关大数据产业等项目落户汕头,携手打造清洁能源汽车产业集群。

　　根据协议,双方将在汽车产业基金设立和高科技、绿色环保的汽车城建设等领域开展合作。正道集团还将在汕配套建设石墨烯钛酸锂电池生产基地、增程器生产基地、正道汽车管理系统数据库(平台)等项目。

　　正道集团执行董事陈晓表示,项目落户汕头后将建成100万辆乘用车生产基地,其中一期为30万辆,达产后产值将超过1500亿元;整体三期项目完全达产后,预计产值将超过5000亿元。
