On the afternoon of June 28, Zhang Wenqing, President of China Real Estate Development Union Investments, and his party inspected Shantou, and had in-depth exchanges with Shantou City on strategic cooperation in urban construction, environmental governance and other aspects.
 

China Real Estate Development Union Investments is a large enterprise group approved by State Administration for Industry and Commerce and jointly established by China real estate enterprises, focusing on businesses such as real estate development, asset management and financial services. Its shareholders and holding enterprises involve five fields including real estate development, education, medical care, cultural tourism and ecological agriculture. It has constructed a nationwide enterprise layout and a diversified industrial development platform, with a total assets of more than RMB 60 billion.
 

At the meeting, Chen Liangxian, Secretary of the CPC Shantou Municipal Committee, hoped that China Real Estate Development Union Investments would seize the opportunity, give full play to its advantages, conduct extensive and pragmatic cooperation with Shantou, and achieve mutual win-win cooperation. Zhang Wenqing said that China Real Estate Development Union Investments was full of confidence in the development prospect of Shantou, and it would plan the grand cooperation projects from a high starting point and strive to enhance the connotation of Shantou City.
