On the morning of September 1, Chen Liangxian, Secretary of the CPC Shantou Municipal Committee, had a meeting with Jin Xiaolong, President of Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group, who was inspecting Shantou. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on offshore wind power cooperation, the settlement of related industries in Shantou and other matters.

At the meeting, Chen Liangxian hoped that Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group would give full play to its technological advantages and advanced experience of "first-class technology, first-class quality, first-class service and reasonable price" in the world＇s wind power field，promote the settlement of wind power equipment projects in Shantou, further explore Shantou＇s abundant offshore wind energy resources, and boost Shantou to accelerate coordinated development . Jin Xiaolong believed that Shantou enjoys superior geographical conditions and has unique advantages of offshore wind farm. He said that Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group was full of confidence in strengthening cooperation with Shantou, and would actively participate in the construction of Shantou, strive to enable the projects to land in Shantou as soon as possible,and jointly create a new situation for Shantou＇s development.

　　座谈中，陈良贤希望上海电气风电集团发挥世界风电领域“一流技术、一流质量、一流服务，合理价格”的技术优势和先进经验，推动风电设备项目落户汕头，进一步发掘我市丰富的海上风能资源，助推汕头加快协调发展。金孝龙表示，汕头地理条件优越，具有近海风电场独特优势，上海电气风电集团对加强与汕头合作充满信心，将积极参与汕头建设，争取实现项目尽快落地，共创汕头发展新局面。
