On the morning of December 18, the delegation of High-end Scholarship Master and PhD Programs of the University of International Business and Economicsvisited Shantou. 115 members of the delegation were mainlyfrom the government officials and corporate executives among 47 countries including Ethiopia, Laos, South Sudan and Mongolia.

The delegation firstly visited the "Cross-border E-commerce Practical Talent Study andEntrepreneurship Base" jointly established by Shantou Foreign Language and Business Academy and Guangdong BANATOYS; they listened tothe introduction of the Base; they were very interested in the path of market development and the mature channel of business operation as well as the model of "learning by doing, and learning for practice" used by the Base, which had been explored by BANATOYS for many years. Through the visit, the delegationapplaudedthe Academy＇s way of training practical talents, and expressed the desire to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with the Academy. During their stay in Shantou, the delegation will also visit Shantou University and the achievement exhibition of Shantou＇s "strengthening management for creating a national civilized city"; they will have discussions and exchanges with Rastar Group,Guangdong Tai’antang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and other Shantou＇s famous enterprises, so as to further deepen the understanding ofChaoshan area and Chinese culture and promote exchanges and friendship with Shantou.

　　12月18日上午，对外经济贸易大学高端奖学金硕博项目考察团一行莅汕访问，考察团115名成员主要是来自埃塞俄比亚、老挝、南苏丹、蒙古等47个国家的政府官员与企业高管。

　　考察团首站来到汕头外语外贸职业技术学校与广东邦纳玩具公司合作建立的“跨境电商实战人才学创基地”，听取介绍并现场观看学生操作，对学创基地利用公司多年摸索出的市场发展路径、成熟的电商运营渠道、以及“边学边做，学做合一”的模式产生浓厚的兴趣，通过参观访问，考察团对学校大力培养实用型人材的办学方式表示赞赏，并表达了要加强合作交流的意愿。考察团一行在汕期间还将参观汕头大学及我市的创文强管成果展，并与星辉股份公司、太安堂药业等汕头知名企业进行交流座谈，进一步加深对潮汕地区和中华文化了解，增进与汕头的交流和友谊。
