The Construction of Shantou Tianhuan Cold Chain Logistics Warehousing Project was Started

On the morning of November 22, Shantou Tianhuan Ice Chain Logistics Warehousing Project with a total investment of about RMB 1.87 billion was officially launched in construction. The Project is invested and to be constructed by Nanjing Tianhuan Food (Group) Co., Ltd., an enterprise of Teochew businessmen. It will introduce new forms of business of "new markets, large-scale circulation", and strive to build a benchmark of ice chain logistics in eastern Guangdong.
The Project is located on the west side of Chaoshan Ring Highway (the west side of Shantou Arts and Crafts School) on the south side of China National Highway 206, covering an land area of about 10.93 hectares. It is planned to be built a specialized, multi-functional and modern ice chain food logistics park with ice chain logistics as the core, goods display as the principal part, and distribution-supporting comprehensive services as the basis. The construction period of the Project is three years. After the Project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to realize an annual sales of RMB 15 billion and an annual tax payment of over RMB 60 million.

汕头天环冷链物流仓储项目启动建设
11月22日上午，总投资约18.7亿元的汕头天环冷链物流仓储项目正式启动建设。该项目由潮商企业南京天环食品（集团）有限公司投资兴建，将引进“新市场、大流通”的新业态，全力打造粤东冷链物流标杆。
该项目位于206国道南侧潮汕环线高速公路西侧（汕头工艺美术学校西侧），占地约164亩，规划建设以冷链物流为核心、商品展示为主体、配送配套综合服务为基础的专业型、多功能、现代化的冷链食品物流园。项目建设周期3年，建成运营后预计年销售额可达150亿元，年纳税6000万元以上。
