Forum on Frontier Science and Technology and Enterprise Alliance of Chemistry and Fine Chemicals Held in Shantou

Guided by the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province and the Shantou Municipal People's Government and sponsored by China Chemical Society and Guangdong Laboratory of Chemistry and Fine Chemicals, the Forum on Frontier Science and Technology and Enterprise Alliance of Chemistry and Fine Chemicals opened in Shantou on the morning of August 13.
With the theme of "Change - Creating A New Future", this forum invited renowned experts in the field of chemical industry and research teams from many universities and Chinese Academy of Sciences to come to Shantou to present invited lectures and conduct thematic exchanges, jointly discussing the frontier scientific and technological issues and important strategic development direction of chemistry and chemical engineering. At the opening ceremony, the organizers also held the signing ceremony of the agreement of the Chemistry and Fine Chemicals Enterprises Alliance. Guangdong Laboratory of Chemistry and Fine Chemicals signed agreements respectively with Institute of Process Engineering of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Quan Hengdao Team of Japan National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and Sirio Pharma Co., Ltd to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism between industry, education and research, so as to realize the effective connection between "innovation chain" and "industry chain", promote the application and transformation of scientific research achievements, and influence and drive the leapfrog development of the regional economy and the industry.

化学与精细化工前沿科技及企业联盟论坛在汕举行
由广东省科技厅、汕头市人民政府指导，中国化学会、化学与精细化工广东省实验室主办的“化学与精细化工前沿科技及企业联盟论坛”8月13日上午在汕头开幕。
本届论坛以“变化——创造新的未来”为主题，邀请国内化学化工领域知名专家和多所高校及中科院的研究团队莅汕作特邀报告、主题交流，共同探讨化学化工前沿科学与技术问题及重要战略发展方向。开幕式上，主办方还举行了化学与精细化工企业联盟协议签署仪式，化学与精细化工广东省实验室与中科院过程工程研究所、日本国立产业技术综合研究所权恒道团队、广东以色列理工学院、仙乐健康科技股份有限公司等分别签约建立产学研长期合作机制，实现“创新链”与“产业链”的有效对接，推进科研成果应用与转化，辐射带动区域经济和产业跨越式发展。
