Construction of Industrial Housing in Phase II of ZHX (Shantou) Innovation Industrial Park Launched

On the morning of October 11, Haojiang District of the city held the launching ceremony for the construction of industrial housing in the second phase of ZHX (Shantou) Innovation Industrial Park, aiming to comprehensively accelerate the construction of a new modern port zone, promote Shantou to build a provincial sub center city and an important development pole of a modern coastal economic belt.
The ZHX (Shantou) Innovation Industrial Park project has been progressing smoothly since its inception. Up to now, the first phase of the project has completed an investment of 1.5 billion yuan, and has contracted with 30 enterprises for settling in and successfully arranged 18 enterprises to move in the park. The second phase of the project has planned a total investment of 2 billion yuan and a construction area of about 300,000 square meters. With a plan of attracting 50 enterprises to settle in, the second phase of the project would take the attraction of headquarters enterprises and technological innovative enterprises in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as the main objective, so as to actively undertake the transfer of enterprises in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area for the city, promoting the high-quality development of the region.

中海信（汕头）创新产业园二期产业用房启建
10月11日上午，我市濠江区举行中海信（汕头）创新产业园二期产业用房建设启动仪式，全面加快建设现代化临港新区，助推汕头建设省域副中心城市、打造现代化沿海经济带重要发展极。
中海信（汕头）创新产业园项目自开工以来进展顺利。截至目前，项目一期已完成投资15亿元，已签约落户企业30家、入驻企业18家。项目二期计划总投资20亿元，建筑面积约30万平方米，计划引入企业50家，将以引进粤港澳大湾区的总部企业和科技创新型企业为主要目标，为我市积极承接粤港澳大湾区转移企业，助力区域高质量发展。
