On the morning of November 28, the launching ceremony of the activity for soliciting the Ode for Chaoshan from all over the world was held at CITIC New Coastal City Company, which will be engraved on the sculpture under the theme of overseas Chinese remittance on the platform of Chaoshan History and Culture Exhibition Center, so as to fully demonstrating Shantou's "soft power" with a deeply rooted Chaoshan culture.
  
Along the cultural axis of Nanbin Area of CITIC New Coastal City, Chaoshan History and Culture Exhibition Center, Chaoshan Historic Heritage Commercial Street and Chaoshan Cultural Park are planned and built.Among others, Chaoshan History and Culture Exhibition Center is an important carrier for preserving Chaoshan history and culture. On the sea view platform in front of the Center, the sculpture under the theme of overseas Chinese remittance will be set up, with the Ode for Chaoshan engraved on the center of the sculpture. The form and position of the sculpture from real scene images will be the substrate with overseas Chinese remittance, embedded in black, red and light brown.

The activity for soliciting the Ode for Chaoshan from all over the world will last for 20 days, from November 29 to December 18. The activity has one first prize, with a money award of RMB 30,000, and nine shortlisted prizes, with a money award of RMB 5,000, and the work wining the first prize will be published on Shantou Daily and other media.

《潮汕赋》全球征集活动启动

11月28日上午，《潮汕赋》全球征集活动启动仪式在中信滨海新城公司举行，面向全球征集《潮汕赋》，将镌刻于潮汕历史文化博览中心平台的侨批主题雕塑，充分展示我市潮汕文化底蕴深厚的“软实力”。

　　中信滨海新城南滨片区文化中轴线规划建设了潮汕历史文化博览中心、潮汕历史风情商业街、潮汕文化公园。其中，潮汕历史文化博览中心是潮汕历史文化传承的重要载体，潮博中心前的观海平台将设置《潮汕赋》侨批主题雕塑，形态及位置实景雕塑以侨批衬底，用黑、红、浅棕嵌色，以银信（侨批）为主题，赋雕居中。

　　《潮汕赋》全球征集活动时间为11月29日至12月18日，征集期20天，设置一等奖1名、奖金为3万元，入围奖9名，奖金为5千元，一等奖作品将刊登在汕头日报等媒体。
