On the afternoon of December 4, a delegation led by Jin Xiaolong, Vice President of Shanghai Electric Group and President of Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group, visited Shantou, and had in-depth exchanges with Shantou City on further accelerating the construction of the Industrial R & D and Manufacturing Project of Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group and building the whole industrial chain wind power industry base in which Shantou plays a leading role.

Guangdong Offshore Wind Power Intelligent Manufacturing Project of Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group is located in Guang'ao Logistics Park in Haojiang District, with a total investment of about RMB 500 million. Since the Project was settled down in Shantou in November last year, it has been progressing smoothly. It is estimated that the first wind power machine will officially roll off the production line in the middle of next year. Recently, with the strong support of Shantou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group is making every effort to promote the Industrial R & D and Manufacturing Project of Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group, and plans to build the whole industrial chain wind power industry base by basing on Guangdong Offshore Wind Power Intelligent Manufacturing Project of Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group (the main machine manufacturer) and relying on Shantou's offshore wind power resources.

上海电气风电集团总裁金孝龙一行莅汕

12月4日下午，上海电气集团副总裁、上海电气风电集团总裁金孝龙一行莅汕，与我市就进一步加快上海电气风电产业研发制造项目建设，打造以汕头为龙头的全产业链风电产业基地等进行深入交流。

　　总投资约5亿元的上海电气风电广东海上风电智能制造项目位于濠江区广澳物流园区，自去年11月落户以来进展顺利，预计明年年中首台风机正式下线。近期，在市委、市政府的大力支持下，上海电气风电集团正全力推动上海电气风电产业研发制造项目，拟以上海电气风电广东海上风电智能制造项目（主机厂）为基础，依托汕头海上风电资源，打造全产业链风电产业基地。
