On the morning of December 9th, Shantou Government signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with the State Information Center.According to the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement, the two parties will jointly promote the construction of the Overseas Chinese Data Center by combining their respective advantages.At the signing ceremony, the 1.0 version of the Overseas Chinese Data Center Information System was also released.The 1.0 version of the Overseas Chinese Data Center Information System includes the Big Data Service Platform for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Overseas Chinese, the Online Overseas Chinese Expo, the Mobile App, etc. It will bring the support policy of innovation and entrepreneurship and industrial resources for overseas Chinese across the country to provide the display of policies, projects and industrial resources for the development of I&E, to provide data support for overseas Chinese businessmen to return for entrepreneurship, to realize online transactions of overseas Chinese industries and to provide personal services for overseas Chinese.

汕头市政府与国家信息中心签署战略合作框架协议

　　12月9日上午，汕头市政府与国家信息中心签订战略合作框架协议。根据战略合作框架协议，双方将结合各自优势，共同推进华侨大数据中心建设。签约仪式上，还发布了华侨大数据中心信息系统1.0版本。华侨大数据中心信息系统1.0版本包括华侨华人创新创业大数据服务平台、网上侨博会、手机端APP等内容，将汇聚全国各地面向华侨华人的双创扶持政策和产业资源，提供双创发展扶持政策、项目和产业链资源的展示，为海外侨商回国创业提供数据支撑，实现华侨华人产业的在线交易，为广大华侨华人提供贴身服务。
