Recently, the municipal government issued the Catalogue of Economic Management Authority by the Administrative Committee of Shantou Overseas Chinese Pilot Zone , and 32 economic management authority in departments directly under city government such as Shantou Development and Reform Bureau, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Natural Resources Bureau, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and the Eco-Environment Bureau were authorized to be executed by Overseas Chinese Pilot Zone Administrative Committee. The catalogue covers investment project approval, project planning, land use audit, construction permit and other aspects. Through this authorization, the Administrative Committee mainly performs the relevant economic management functions in the catalogue of authorized matters. The social affairs and urban management functions originally undertaken shall be implemented by the departments directly under city government and the district’s government according to the management authority and the territorial management principles.

32项市级经济管理职能授权汕头华侨试验区实施

近日，市政府印发《汕头华侨试验区管委会实施的经济管理职权事项目录》，将市发展和改革局、工业和信息化局、自然资源局、住房和城乡建设局、生态环境局等5个市直部门的32项经济管理职权事项授权由华侨试验区管委会实施。该目录涵盖投资项目核准、工程规划、用地审核、施工许可等多方面内容。通过此次授权，管委会主要履行授权事项目录中的相关经济管理职能，原承担的社会事务和城市管理职能按管理权限和属地管理原则，分别由市直相关部门和属地区政府实施。
