On the morning on November 22, the 3rd Mayor＇s Forum for Intellectual Property Right and Urban Development was held in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. Shantou City won the honorable title of National Demonstration City for IPR Work, and became one of the fourth batch of 22 cities that pass the national acceptance.
