Recently, the Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce of Guangdong released the Suggestion on Accelerating the Development of PZECCOC which demonstrates the preferential treatment for PZECCOC in eight aspects, e.g. the reform of registration of the corporate name, development of the general headquarters economy, deepening the reform of registration of corporate residence (operation premises), innovation and development of the capital market, accelerating the construction of new opening-up economic system, make sampling inspection for the commodities in the field of circulation, construction of brand and credit, and promotion of financing by the mortgage registration of movable property by enterprises, in order to give full play to the role of the administration of industry and commerce in supporting the construction of PZECCOC.

　　日前，广东省工商行政管理局出台了《关于支持华侨试验区加快发展的意见》，从企业名称登记改革、发展总部经济、深化企业住所(经营场所)登记改革、资本市场创新发展、加快构建开放型经济新体制、开展流通领域商品质量抽检工作、品牌和信用建设、企业运用动产抵押登记促进融资等八方面向华侨试验区倾斜，充分发挥工商行政管理职能作用，支持汕头市加快华侨试验区建设。
