On June 16, Liu Jinzhang, Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Group and Deputy General Manager of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) and Vice President of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited with his delegation arrived in Shantou, discussed with Shantou officials on investment cooperation and construction matters, and signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Shantou Municipal Government.

Liu Jinzhang hoped that, by taking this Agreement signing as a turning point, CSCEC would conduct thorough and comprehensive cooperation with Shantou, actively promote the establishment of the industrial fund and the landing of cooperation projects, boost the construction of Shantou urban infrastructure and beautiful villages, and jointly promote the overall revitalization and development of Shantou.

CSCEC is China’s only key state-owned enterprise in the field of construction directly managed by the central government, ranked 27th in the “world’s top 500 enterprises” in 2016. It is the largest investment and construction group in the world and has rich resources and experience in the planning and design, investment and development, infrastructure construction and housing construction projects.
