On the morning of September 27, Shantou Free Trade Zone heldthe 9.27 Opening Ceremony of Key Projects Construction. The 11 bonded logistics and processing service projects with a total investment amount of about RMB 2.002 billion start to be built simultaneously, including three key logistics platform projects: the headquarters base of Kangze Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in eastern Guangdong, the Cross-border E-commerce Industry Park within Shantou Free Trade Zone (Phase I), and Hedison Bonded Processing Center.

The total investment of the project of the headquarters base of Kangze Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in eastern Guangdong is about RMB 300 million. A total of 56,000 square meters of automated stereoscopic warehouse are planned to be built. It is estimated that, upon completion, the annual storage turnover will reach 6 million pieces. The total planned investment of the project of the Cross-border E-commerce Industry Park within Shantou Free Trade Zone is RMB 800 million. With two phases of construction, it will be built into eastern Guangdong＇s first large cross-border E-commerce platform integrating with public service, centralized exhibition and logistics supply.The total investment of Hedison Bonded Processing Center is RMB 400 million, which is invested and built by Shantou Bay Materials Co., Ltd. The automatic packing line, container yard, electronic port, quality inspection center, new material laboratory and so on will be built. Upon completion, the Center can import and process 500,000 tons of plastics every year.

　　9月27日上午，汕头保税区举行“9•27”重点项目集中启动仪式，总投资额约20.02亿元的11个保税物流、加工服务项目同时开工，其中包括康泽药业粤东总部基地、汕头保税区领域跨境电子商务产业园(一期)和海德森保税流通加工中心三个重点物流平台项目。
　　康泽药业连锁有限公司粤东总部基地项目总投资约3亿元，规划建设5.6万平方米自动化立体仓库，预计建成后年仓储周转达到600万件;汕头保税区领域跨境电子商务产业园项目计划总投资8亿元，分两期建设粤东首家集公共服务、集中展示、物流供应链于一体的大型跨境电商平台;由汕头海湾物资公司投资建设的海德森保税流通加工中心投资总额4亿元，将建设自动化包装线、集装箱堆场、电子口岸、质检中心、新材料实验室等，建成后年可进口加工塑料50万吨。
